All custom designed tumblers are final sale and cannot be returned. We do our best to make sure there are no defects to the product before shipping out a final product. Please make sure all spelling is correct as we laser engrave exactly what you send us and will not be responsible for errors in spelling. Please ask any and all questions as once it has been lasered, it cannot be altered in any way. Thank you.
