How do I send my artwork or photo?

Upload it during checkout or email it to troy@bluelinecustomgifts.com with your order number. High contrast images at 300 DPI engrave best. Department seals, unit patches, and badge photos are all welcome.

Do I get to see a proof first?

Yes. For custom artwork and memorial pieces we send a digital proof showing layout, sizing, and text. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.

How long does an order take?

Most personalized orders ship within 4-5 business days, and often sooner. Large department or bulk orders and multi-piece award sets may take longer — we'll give you a date up front.

Can you do department, agency, and business orders?

Absolutely. From a single retirement award to an entire shift's drinkware, we handle agency, business, and civilian bulk orders and can quote purchase orders.

It's our ongoing mission. A portion of every sale funds engraved memorial plaques that we send at no cost to the families of first responders killed in the line of duty.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, personalized items can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll remake it right away.

Slate and stone, wood, optical crystal, stainless drinkware, acrylic with LED bases, epoxy flags, and full color UV printed surfaces.

Can you engrave a photo of a fallen officer or firefighter?

Yes — memorial work is our specialty. Send the photo, name, dates, and department, and we'll treat it with the care it deserves.
