How to send your department seal or photo
Upload your artwork on the product page or email it with your order number. High-contrast images around 300 DPI engrave the cleanest, and department seals, unit patches, and badge photos are all workable. We send a digital proof showing layout, sizing, and text on custom artwork, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
Timing, group gifts, and department purchase orders
Most personalized orders ship within 4-5 business days, and often sooner. If a squad or association is going in together, or an agency needs a plaque plus drinkware for the whole shift, we quote bulk and purchase orders — tell us the ceremony date up front and we will confirm a date back.
